Amongst all breast surgeries, the most performed one is to enhance the appearance, size and contour a women’s breasts. Women consider breast augmentation for many different reasons. Some women feel their breasts are too small. Some desire augmentation after their breasts change following pregnancy. Others desire to correct an asymmetry in breast size.
Breast reduction surgery (reduction mammoplasty) removes some of the tissue and skin from the breasts to reshape and reduce their size. It can also make the area of dark skin surrounding the nipple (areola) smaller.
Saggy breasts are defined based on the line below the breasts and the location of the nipple. When the nipple is located below the line, it is referred to as saggy breast. Firm breasts slowly become saggy due to aging, pregnancy and giving birth, dieting and many more reasons. In these cases, saggy breast correction or breast lifting can change saggy breasts to firm breasts by removing fat, breast tissue and excess skin.
Correction of Breast Asymmetry or Malformation
Breast asymmetry (where one breast is a different size and/or shape than the other) is extremely common and it can cause many challenges. Many women feel self-conscious or have difficulty getting clothing to fit properly. Others live in fear of becoming intimate with someone and having to expose their mismatched breasts. In severe cases, breast asymmetry can be truly disfiguring. Fortunately, we offer a number of precision techniques to correct breast asymmetry and help you feel more comfortable and confident in your appearance. The first step in correcting breast asymmetry and enhancing your look is to determine the ideal size breast for you. A doctor will work closely with you to make this important decision. Questions to answer may include whether the smaller breast needs to be made bigger with an implant, or whether the larger breast should be reduced.
Nipple Areola reconstruction and Breast reconstruction
After optimal symmetry between the breasts has been achieved, nipple areola reconstruction can be done. There are a number of factors that help determine which method of nipple reconstruction is right for you. These include the quality of tissue on the reconstructed breast, and whether you are having nipple reconstruction with or without a surrounding graft. At this point and even more important, is your surgeon’s preference.
Women who have surgery as part of their breast cancer treatment may choose breast reconstruction surgery to rebuild the shape and look of the breast.
Gynaecomastia surgery is the removal or reduction of what are commonly known as ‘man boobs’. The patient comes with the presence of fatty or breast tissue in their chest. Many of the patients have developed male breast tissue (gynaecomastia) as a result of hormonal imbalances, taking certain medications or if they’ve found it difficult to shift fat from that area. The procedure is a liposuction or surgical removal of the fat. Occasionally a combination of both method is undertaken.
Our bodies are three-dimensional. That means when we've lost a lot of weight and there's excess skin after the weight loss it probably will not center itself all in one area. A body lift addresses drooping skin circumferentially, removing loose skin all around the body. As is the case with most other plastic surgery procedures, body lift surgery is highly customizable to the unique needs and goals of the individual patient.
Full Body lift
Full body lift is a surgical procedure performed to get rid of the extra skin and fat skin around your back and lower abdomen for restoring a shapely silhouette and attaining an aesthetic appearance around the entire body. It addresses laxity of the abdomen, outer thighs and lower back during the surgical procedure.
Lower Body lift
Lower body lifts tighten thighs and buttocks by removing excess tissue from the lateral hips and inner thighs. A lower body lift helps complete your body's transformation after significant weight loss.
Upper Body lift
An upper body lift is an arm lift combined with removal of the loose skin hanging from the armpit next to the breast. If there is excess skin hanging from the upper back—something some patients call ‘back boobies’— an upper body lift trims that area as well. By treating the whole upper torso at the same time as one aesthetic unit, you get the best possible result.
Bra-Line Back lift
A bra-line back lift is a type of plastic surgery treatment intended to correct sagging back fat rolls affecting the upper back. The name is derived from the fact that the sagging most typically affects the area of the back directly above or below a woman’s “bra line.”
This surgery flattens the abdomen by removing extra fat and skin and tightening muscles in your abdominal wall.
An arm lift, or brachioplasty is a procedure that reduces excess sagging skin which drops downwards, tightens and smooths the underlying supportive tissues that define the shape of the upper arm or reduces localized pockets of fat in the upper arm region.
Different types of lifts, such as cheek lifts or mini lifts, address specific concerns. A facelift, or rhytidectomy, is a procedure in cosmetic surgery that aims to give a more youthful appearance to the face. It reshapes the lower half of the face by removing excess facial skin.
Rhytidectomy can tighten loose, hanging skin around the jaw line, also known as "jowls." It can also remove deep creases around the mouth and nose and excess hanging skin and fat under the chin and in the neck. The procedure tightens the underlying tissues, and it may be combined with surgery to enhance the forehead, cheeks, brows, and eyelids.
A facelift reduces wrinkles and sagging skin on the face and neck caused by ageing or weight loss. The procedure removes excess skin, tightens the underlying muscles, and re-drapes the skin in a higher position. The results go beyond what can be expected from wrinkle-fighting injections like Botox.
Cheiloplasty (lip reduction) it is the process of surgically reducing the size of the lip or lips in order to reduce the appearance of abnormally large or protruding lips, as well as the process of forming an artificial tip or part of the lips by using a piece of healthy tissue from some neighboring part.
An eyelid lift, or blepharoplasty, is a procedure to remove skin and to add or remove fat from the eyelids. The term "eyelid lift" is a misnomer because the eyelid is not truly lifted during surgery. Upper blepharoplasty surgery uses incisions to allow for removal of skin and fat. A thin stitch is then used to bring the skin together to allow for a creation of an eyelid crease.
Lower eyelid surgery can involve skin incisions directly below the lash line or an incision on the inside of the eyelid, called a transconjunctival approach. The transconjunctival approach allows access to the eyelid without visible incisions, making this technique perfect for patients who need fat removed or added. This approach can be combined with laser resurfacing of the eyelid skin to reduce lines and wrinkles.
