The International Patients Department of Euromedica handles the coordination of all appointments in the medical departments and is the single point of contact for all questions and queries.
Following your contact, all necessary procedures will be followed to make the right choices for the appropriate doctor and treatment. We will ask you to send us your complete medical history, along with any applicable x-ray films and/or laboratory test results via e-mail, fax or post. Once a physician has reviewed your medical history, we will contact you about the recommended course of treatment and whether it is advisable to travel to our clinic for the procedure or treatment.
Once your treatment is determined, we will schedule all your physician appointments including any diagnostic and/or laboratory tests and procedures, as well as surgical procedures, if necessary. The appointment availability depends on the nature and urgency of the medical situation.
As soon as the doctor is appointed and your appointment has been made, the International Team will be able to recommend you a local provider that can support convenient accommodation and arrange all needed transfers, including the transfer from the airport to the hotel or the clinic.
